- Does it hurt ?
- Does the paint wash out?
- How many paintballs will we go
through in a session?
- Should I buy a gun before I play?
- Can I bring my own paintballs?
- What is the difference between
guns? Which ones are the most powerful?
- What should I
wear?
It is like getting snapped with a rubber band. We watch
closely to keep close shots from happening and all games
are supervised. Most people are surprised how little
they even notice it.
Yes it does. It is not really
even paint. It is more like colored dish soap.
It is hard to say without knowing how aggressive you are
going to play. Some players can make 100 balls last the entire
session and others can't even get through a 15 min. game. The
average is 300 balls each.
We recommend you rent first and play so that you can make
your own decision as to which gun you may want. If you don't
play often, it would probably be better to just rent like you do
when you go bowling. We have a full pro-shop at the field so
that you can purchase a gun or any other supplies if you wish.
No. This is our way of controlling the safety of the sport.
We can't tell where you have stored your paint or how long it
was on a shelf before you bought it. If it was stored in the
freezer it will be very dangerous. Also if it has been in the
trunk of a car it becomes dangerous. Paint gets brittle after
getting old on shelves at stores for a long period of time.
Lastly, the fairness is best because everyone is shooting the
same paint.
We want you to support the playing fields. Part of the operating
costs are rolled into the paint prices. You buy your popcorn at
the movies instead of bringing your own.
The guns are all regulated to shoot below 285 feet per
second. They are not more powerful or less powerful. Some of the
guns just shoot faster or have a smoother trigger than others.
Like golf clubs, you can spend as much as you want and get as
serious as you choose.
We recommend
you just wear long sleeves and long pants. You will be playing
in the woods, so it will keep you from getting scratched. Wear
dark clothes so that you will be hidden better.
